The name of this resort, also called Sunny Beach, says it all, because in summer Sunny Beach is a sun-drenched Black Sea resort. The temperature then easily reaches 27 degrees, but in spring and autumn it is also a great place to be. In July and August, you can enjoy as much as 10 hours of sunshine a day. Typical Bulgarian dishes: Shopska salad, Shopska salad is very similar to the typical Greek salad with feta, tomato and cucumber, but not quite the same. Tarator is also typically Bulgarian. It is a cold cucumber soup with yoghurt, garlic, dill, walnuts, oil and water. You can enjoy delicious dishes in the many restaurants.

Be careful with drinking water. Tap water in Bulgaria is not always safe to drink. It is recommended to boil water first or use bottled water. In larger towns the quality of the water may be good.
