Objects found at Groningen Airport Eelde can be collected from handling. They are located in the airport's terminal (to the left of the terminal, diagonally opposite the travel agency.
If you find out at home that you have lost something, fill in our web form. We will then check whether your belongings have been found.
Did you leave things on the plane or did you lose your labelled suitcase? Then contact your airline for questions about your lost luggage.

Sometimes airlines decide that they will send your suitcase to your home or accommodation address. You won't then have to wait longer for your suitcase. Is this the case for you? Then make sure you keep your luggage tag or claim tag and give your address to your airline. In many cases, you can do this online.

Call the handling office to ask if your document has been found. All found identification and driving licences are collected the next day and handed over to the Royal Military Police.

Your airline or baggage handler will contact you when you can come and collect your suitcase. For security reasons, we urge you not to search for your suitcase on your own.

Report it to your airline, which in some cases can also be done online. Always keep your baggage label or claim tag in a safe place, as it can be used to find your suitcase. As soon as your bag is found, your airline will contact you about where to deliver it.

For questions about your checked-in hold baggage - any baggage for which you received a baggage label at check-in - always contact your airline. They have all the details needed to find your baggage.
For loose, unchecked items or hand baggage you left on the plane, contact the handling office. Handling is located in the terminal.
