Reporting an unsafe situation

Using the form below, you can report unsafe situations or incidents (incidents) that you have observed or so experienced. Groningen Airport Eelde (GAE) wants to do all it can to prevent such incidents and thus make its airport operations even safer.

Report to

Your report will go to the Manager Operations of Groningen Airport Eelde. He will assess and answer the report. If necessary, he will investigate your report (or have it investigated). You will always receive feedback about your report. The report will be treated confidentially. Its contents may be used, anonymously, in (internal) reports. You can also report anonymously, by not providing an e-mail address in the form below. Feedback will then be omitted. If you report anonymously, please ensure that you describe the report in a way that is understandable and that, if you were involved, it is clear how it affected you.
